Giselle Parker '97

CEO and Dancer

Giselle attended The Queen’s School from 1991 to 1997 whilst outside of school also maintains a passion for the Arts, in particular, ballet and dance. After a very varied career, she has gone on to be a highly qualified and experienced dance teacher, fitness professional and business manager.

Her eclectic experience in both the Arts and the City eventually led to Giselle becoming the Chief Executive Officer of Dame Darcey Bussell’s dance fitness program ‘Diverse Dance Mix (DDMIX)’. Giselle now declares that being able to combine her passion with work in a full-time job is a ‘dream come true.’

Giselle is a firm believer that anything is possible, and that it is never too late to be what you want to be. She is a huge supporter of women in business and believes her education at Queen’s gave her the confidence and approach necessary to strive for success.

Having visited School recently, spending some time passing on hints and tips to Year 12 Business students, and participating in our ‘Women Inspire Women’ video interview project in March 2019, Giselle is delighted to be an active member of the Queen’s  Alumni network.
