Using the Park and Ride

Queen’s School has negotiated a scheme with Cheshire West and Chester Parking Services for our girls to be able to use the Park and Ride as a means of travel to and from school each day.

Parents can purchase a pass which can be used during term time for journeys to and from school and any time up until the service closes at 7pm for journeys from school. The pass can be used from any of the four current Park and Ride sites around the city. These are at Boughton Heath, Sealand Road, Upton (Zoo) and Wrexham Road.

The pick-up points in the city for each service are as follows. Please note that because of the one-way system, the set down points will differ from the boarding points listed below:

Park and Ride buses operate at the following times:

  • Monday to Friday: every 12 minutes between 7am and 7pm
  • Saturdays: every 12 minutes between 8am and 7pm
  • Sundays and Bank Holidays: every 15 minutes between 9.30am and 6pm
