Senior School

Netball

Our Under 13s played a close end-to-end match against Withington for the Independent Schools Netball Competition. All girls fought for every ball and worked tirelessly through court.

Overall a great match, and the girls played very well. A special well done to Player of the Match Katy!

Our Under 13s team also had a brilliant game in the first round of the Sisters n Sport Cup, against Fallibroome. All girls played brilliantly, working well as a team and securing a spot in round 2, with a 27-18 win. Well done!

Equestrian

Congratulations to the Queen's Equestrian Team, who had a successful weekend at the NSEA Competition at Southview Equestrian Centre!

Poppy and Maisie (Year 6) rode dressage in the Preliminary Class, and performed brilliantly. Our Senior School girls took part in various showjumping competitions, with Megan and Olivia (Year 8) competing in the 75cm, Emilia (Year 7), Megan (Year 8) and Lydia (Year 10) competing in the 85cm, and Abby (Year 11) competing in the 95cm and 1.05m.

The girls certainly made Queen's proud as they finished 3rd in the 85cm show jump, with Lydia coming 3rd place individually and qualifying for the NSEA Championship Plate in October.

A huge well done to everyone!
