We are extremely proud of our U12 netball team who are through to the final of the Sisters n Sport plate competition after a successful Semi-Final in Newcastle. This is the furthest any Queen's netball team have reached in a national competition!
The girls started the game well, taking a 17-0 lead in the first quarter. The team then settled into their game, moving through attack beautifully and making countless interceptions. Queen's took the win 54-9 with Isabel being awarded Player of the Match. Coach's Player of the Match went to the whole team for their team effort in keeping possession and supporting each other.
Thank you to the parents and family members who made the journey to come and support the team. A big thank you to Newcastle High School for Girls who were lovely hosts and a pleasure to play against. The U12’s will now play Notting Hill School in the finals on Wednesday 22nd March in Bromsgrove.
