Our Year 10s recently swapped the classroom for a full-on challenge day with the Royal Navy! The focus? Teamwork, leadership and resilience — all put to the test through a mix of physical tasks and problem-solving activities.
The day kicked off with a talk from the Navy team about their roles and why working together matters. From there, students took part in two rotating sessions, tackling teamwork challenges that tested strategy, communication, and cooperation.
Everyone threw themselves into the activities with loads of energy and creativity. For many, it was a chance to step out of their comfort zones, try something new, and discover just how much they can achieve when they work as a team.
