Wellbeing

The open, relaxed atmosphere in our Sixth Form means students and teachers develop a real and meaningful dialogue. We see getting to know each student as a vital part of ensuring each girl is content, fulfilled and working well to achieve her goals.

At Queen’s Sixth Form we treat our students like the young adults that they have become, offering them both freedom and responsibility whilst at the same time challenging them to reach their full potential, which is met in equal measure with support and underpinned by our uniquely nurturing atmosphere.

Pastoral Partnerships

Responsibility for the happiness and all-round development of your daughter stems from an effective partnership between parents and the school.  We like to operate an ‘open door’ policy and if parents are always welcome to express any worries or concerns about any aspect of their daughter’s welfare or progress. Throughout the year, parents are kept informed about school events and updates through a weekly e-newsletter, emails and letters. Copies of these and all other correspondence can be found on the School’s Firefly VLE.
