Estates Co-ordinator

Estates Co-ordinator 

The Queen’s School is currently looking to appoint an Estates Co-ordinator to join our existing Estates team.  The successful candidate will support the Estates department by carrying out a full range of activities to ensure the efficient and effective daily operation. 

Essential Requirements 

  • A clean and valid UK driving licence 

  • Experience of Health & safety work, inventory/store management or administration 

  • IOSH Managing Safely/COSHH Training 

  • Good administrative and record keeping skills 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Ability to work on own initiative  

  • The ability to prioritise, multi-task and work accurately and efficiently ensuring deadlines are met 

  • Good IT skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Office 365 and Teams 

  • A willingness to undergo any further training or development as, or when, appropriate 

  • Ability to work accurately and to deadline 

  • A conscientious manner and the ability to work unsupervised 

  • A flexible approach to work 

  • Knowledge of facilities maintenance and related Health & Safety legislation 

  • Team player – you will have the ability to fit in with a small team and help colleagues as workload dictates 

Hours of Work 

This is a full-time permanent position working 37.5 hours per week.  Although a certain degree of flexibility will be required to successfully fulfil the requirements of the role.
