We are grateful to parents who joined us for the QSPA AGM and Mrs Clark and Cookson's Review of the School Year on Tuesday.
This meeting highlighted the record breaking fundraising achievement by QSPA and the School. Your vital and invaluable support allowed us to make a final major donation of £40,000 to the School's Fitness For All Campaign appeal to redevelop the Senior School gymnasium. Thank you once again.
We also said thank you and "au revoir" to QSPA personnel:
Sharna Edwards has stepped down as a trustee, after 9 years dedicated service to QSPA.
Jane McBurney, our treasurer, also stood down, following 5 years conscientiously guiding us through our most financially successful years ever.
Laura Freeman, our Events Chair and QSPA Ball organiser, has ended her term as Events Chair.
We are immensely grateful for their hard work and unswerving commitment to enhancing School to benefit all our daughters.
Kirsty Dunlap and Sam Piddington remain as trustees and parent - governors attached to QSPA.
Mel Downey joins the board of trustees, as does Annette Veitch, our new Treasurer.
Sian Bailey is our Events Committee Chair; Anna Dixon joins as Secretary, and Asha Paymaster continues as Publicist.
We look forward to planning new events and fundraising over the next 12 months.
