The school was a hub of activity as the academic year drew to a close.

We held a ‘love’ themed non-uniform day where the girls and staff all brought in non-alcoholic bottled items and chocolates instead of a monetary donation. These items were then used for a chocolate tombola and raffle in our Summer Fayre which was held on the last day of school. The girls were treated to an extended garden party lunch of brioche hot dogs, vegetable kebabs, loaded potato skins, fruit and ice cream.

The Summer Fayre on Friday saw Years 7-9 come up with stall ideas which they stocked and ran themselves. All money raised is to be donated to the ‘One Love Manchester’ campaign.

The staff band then ended the year on a high by playing a concert for the girls in the hall before Mrs Clark officially brought the year to a close
