Hockey

Our U10 team were joint 1st in their group on points after four matches at the Packwood tournament but were placed 2nd on goal difference. This meant they played Rydal (who finished 2nd in the other group) to decide 3rd/ 4th place. The team saved their best hockey for the last match and won 2-0 v Rydal to secure the bronze medals. Well done girls, a great performance.

Tuesday saw an impressive display from our senior school girls in the North West round of the U14 National School Hockey Tournament at Timperley. The team scored 18 goals without conceding any which sees them comfortably secure their place in the North of England Finals.

Congratulations to Lowri, Emma, Grace, Mica, Ella, Annie, Hattie, Hannahl, Trixie, Lucy, Holly, Esther, Amy, Ava and Ava.

On Wednesday our Year 7 teams played Prestfelde U13 winning both games 7-3 and 3-1. Well done girls.

Lacrosse
Our U12, 13, 14 and 15 teams were in action at Moreton Hall with Lili in Year 7 playing extremely well in goal for the U12 and U13 team. The U14’s game was a nail biter and sadly a late goal from Moreton Hall in the last 30 seconds saw them lose 9-8.
Well done to everyone who played, lots to learn and improve on but you all did fantastic!

Netball
Congratulations to our U14 netball team who were 3rd place in the Chester and District netball tournament earlier this week.

Rowing
Well done to Year 10 pupil Sasha who won gold in a single scull U15 competing in the Dee Autumn Head regatta for Grosvenor Rowing Club.
