Preparing for battle at Cadet camp

This Easter saw a number of cadets heading up to Altcar Army Training Camp to take part in their annual package packed with activities such as “fire and manoeuvre” “sniper stalk” and new for most of our girls “TIBUA” Training in built up areas.

This element, which took place on both the Junior and Senior camps, involved cadets armed with their rifles approaching a set of building tactically, taking over the buildings in their sections and then moving through the village.

For the juniors this took place in truly awful rain and wind, whereas the lucky Seniors had beautiful blue skies!

CCF offers our girls a broad range of challenging, exciting, adventurous and educational activities to develop personal responsibility, leadership and self-discipline.
