Families from across Cheshire, Wirral and North Wales got Christmas off to a cracking start at the Lower School over the weekend.

Girls and their families let their imaginations run wild in a drama workshop with our specialist drama teacher Mrs Childe. In the craft area the girls made candle holders and decorations and also had lots of fun making their own reindeer food ready for Christmas Eve.

They were mesmerised by our reindeer who they were able to meet and stroke before going to see a very special visitor, Father Christmas, who had even brought along his wife, Mother Christmas!

A magical morning enjoyed by all and this year’s event also included a wonderful art exhibition showcasing the fantastic work created by local nurseries, pre-schools and individuals, all themed on the warming Christmas tale of The Stick Man by Julia Donaldson.
