Inspirational experience and advice

We were delighted to welcome back Alumna Chiara Lisowski 05' recently to take part in our latest Alumni Networking Lunch.

Being the a vibrant, focussed and engaging young woman she is, she was able to regale our invited pupils with stories from all over the world, of her degree in Music and Languages and also of her work abroad in Brazil.

Chiara has just recently started her maternity leave from her Chester based multinational pharmaceutical company. She has many interests outside work such as being a volunteer and trustee for Chester Women’s Aid, being the Assistant Musical Director for a local community choir and her involvement with the charity One Young World which led to her being invited to speak at a TEDx event in the Netherlands.

Chiara also spoke at our Economics Society club and gave a true insight into how to develop a work portfolio, and take control of your own direction in life. An inspirational talk for everyone in attendance and a true example of the vital role our alumni play in empowering our girls.
