Girls excel in coding challenge

Five girls took part in the Grok Learning Coding Challenge over the summer holidays. Raka, Eleanor, Katya, Paru and Yasmin in Year 10 took on the five week challenge which required persistence as well as coding skills. Many of the girls achieved perfect scores and took part in multiple difficulty levels to really stretch their knowledge.

Katya and Raka also recently received their silver award for the iDEA scheme from Buckingham Palace. The digital enterprise scheme develops skills through a series of online activities and is likened to the Duke of Edinburgh scheme.
