The Lower School was honoured to welcome the Lord Lieutenant of Cheshire and Chairman of Dawsons Music, David Briggs, to present them with their Spirit of Christmas prize.
The Queen’s Young Voices Choir were crowned winners of the Spirit of Christmas choral competition at Chester Cathedral just before Christmas, winning a Yamaha keyboard for the school.
Mr Briggs presented the prize during assembly where he was also treated to a performance from the choir.
