Our Lower School Queen's Young Voices Choir has made it through to the semi-finals of the BBC Songs of Praise Junior School Choir of the Year Competition for the third year in a row.

In 2014 the choir made it to the televised semi-finals and last year got as far as the finals; they were judged to be in the top three and the best independent junior school choir in the country!

This year the girls have made it to the semi-finals again, under the expert tuition of Mrs Corlett, the Lower School's Head of Music.

Choir members are now enthusiastically preparing for the filming which will take place in Sheffield in February with the programme airing later in the year.

The Young Voices Choir is made up of girls in Years 5 and 6 at the Lower School, so changes every year. Well done to Mrs Corlett and the girls for another fantastic effort!
