What an amazing afternoon! A near record-breaking number of former pupils returned to Queen's on the traditional first Saturday in July for the Annual Summer Reunion.
Year 12 English students enjoyed an evening of Shakespeare under the stars as part of their study of love in literature. The 15 Sixth Formers saw an open air production of ‘Much Ado About Nothing’ put on by the Wirral-based Hillbark Players company.
Our Q2Q bike riders have raised more than £2,300 for a children’s heart charity with a cycle ride of more than 200 miles to London. The team of Year 11 girls set off with teachers on the last day of term to complete their mammoth journey.
Years 5 and 6 recently performed William Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night. From the shockingly sad shipwreck, to the happy ‘Hey Ho the Wind and the Rain,’ this play had drive, determination and of course, drama!
