150 for 150 Bursary launch dinner

It was lovely to see our Queen’s girls alumni back in school, and to be able to share our vision and passion for our 150 for 150 Bursary Campaign Appeal.

Hearing from one of our former pupils who received a bursary describe what a difference it made to her life, only solidified why we want to ensure talented and able girls continue to add to the diversity and excellence of all that embodies what Queens stands for.

In 2028 we celebrate 150 years of educating women of the world, so have launched an appeal to raise £150,000 before then to allow able and ambitious girls the opportunity to benefit from a Queen’s education.

The Queen’s School has always been part of Chester’s rich fabric and we want to ensure that the threads remain strong. Looking forward we are committed to ensuring that by the time we reach 2028, we are stronger than ever and that Queen’s remains a vital and integral part of Chester’s community in educating bright, intellectually curious girls, regardless of the financial position of their families.
