Co-Curricular Clubs and Trips

Embarking on the journey of education goes far beyond the walls of a classroom. At The Queen’s School, we believe in nurturing every aspect of a young mind, fostering a holistic development that extends into every facet of life. That’s why our approach encompasses not just academic excellence but also a strong programme of co-curricular activities and enriching trips and visits.

We ensure that learning is not confined to textbooks but extends into real-world experiences. From Reception right through to Sixth Form, girls enjoy trips and visits designed to ignite curiosity, inspire exploration, and foster a deep understanding of the world around us.

Moreover, we believe in the power of personal connection and the influence of inspiring individuals. That’s why we supplement our curriculum with visits from professionals, experts, authors, and educators who bring their passion and expertise directly to our students. These encounters not only broaden their horizons but also instil a lifelong love for learning and exploration.

Our vibrant co-curricular programme further enhances the skills and development of our pupils, where every girl is encouraged to discover her passions and talents. Through clubs and activities tailored to their interests, they learn the value of teamwork, cooperation, and perseverance. Whether it’s unleashing creativity in the arts, honing athletic skills on the field, or delving into the realms of science and technology, there’s a club for every budding enthusiast.

At The Queen’s School, we understand that education is not just about academic achievements; it’s about nurturing confident, well-rounded individuals who are ready to embrace the world with open arms. Through our co-curricular programme and enriching trips and visits, we pave the way for every girl to thrive, grow, and flourish into the best version of herself.

The Lower School offers a broad co-curricular programme with clubs taking place for all year groups at lunchtime and after school on a termly timetable.
