Supporting Alderley Edge School for Girls Families
Following the deeply sad news of Alderley Edge School for Girls’ closure, many families are weighing their next steps.
We recognise the uncertainty and worry this creates for the AESG community and, as fellow members of the Girls’ Schools Association, we are working collaboratively with AESG to support families as they consider their options. Our shared priority is ensuring that girls are able to continue their education with stability, continuity and care.
Queen’s offers a natural, culturally aligned next step for AESG families: as an all-girls school, our day-to-day ethos, classroom dynamics and leadership opportunities will feel familiar. Our approach is to tailor each girl’s learning experience, unlocking potential by stretching strengths and removing barriers so that, on average, Queen’s pupils achieve one grade above their projected outcome.
We have designed a dedicated admissions route for AESG families that is straightforward, supportive and low-pressure. Complete the form below if you would like to explore Queen’s as the next stage in your daughter’s journey, and our Admissions Team will be in touch.
