Senior School Open Morning

Our Senior School Open Morning for Year 7 entry to The Queen's School is a chance for families to get a real feel for the school.

During the morning, you will hear about the core values of the school, what makes us unique and how we achieve such outstanding academic results, year on year.

Families are taken on a tour of the school by pupils themselves. They will talk to you about the opportunities on offer to them and show you the school's facilities. This is also your chance to ask questions about how they are finding their time at Queen's.

There will also be time within proceedings to hear a performance by one of our choirs, bands or ensembles, talk to teachers about their subjects, watch sports demonstrations, see science experiments and find out more about the range of enrichment activities that are on offer.

The date for our 2020 Open Morning is Saturday 10 October from 9.30am-12.30pm but families are always welcome to have a look around the school at any time and we can arrange a taster day for your daughter to get a real experience of what being a Queen's girl is really like. If you would like any further information please contact our Admissions Officer on 01244 312078 or email

In the meantime, you can sign up for our monthly newsletter which will keep you informed of all up and coming events that may be of interest.
