We are looking for a part-time HR Manager to provide a high level of HR administration support in a new position from May 2019, predominantly during term-time.
Hours and days are flexible but are expected to be around 15 hours per week.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a flexible approach are essential to meet the varied demands of a school environment. Previous experience of working in an HR environment is essential and knowledge of the education sector is desirable. The successful candidate must be able to work in an independent, organised and methodical manner with an ability to manage and prioritise their own workload to ensure deadlines are met.
Salary will be paid pro rata between points 30-32 on The Queen’s School support staff salary scale, range £9,572 - £10,059 pa (full time equivalent £28,741 - £30,205 pa) dependent upon experience.
